The fabrication process for HVAC ducts involves precisely cutting and bending sheet metal into the desired cylindrical or rectangular shapes. It is essential that custom ductwork is made with precision in order to guarantee proper insulation and, consequently, proper air flow. We use state of the art machinery in our workshop to make sure all pieces fit together tightly and all grooves and openings line up.
We believe in a couple of meetings and site visits before the project begins, and doing pre-entry discussions to ensure everything is in order. Correct reading of construction drawings is required in order to determine the correct size, shape, and quantity of ducting for the project. They also indicate the material to be used, whether it will be bare ducting or insulated internally externally or bare ducting. We can then provide sketches to give visuals on all work before we proceed. We can also work on pre-designed ventilation systems.
